NEWARK, N.J. – North Florida men's tennis picked up a 5-2 win over NJIT, on the road and stayed undefeated in ASUN action on Thursday night.

QUICK HITS
- UNF grabbed the doubles point as Jefta Kecic and Lasse Muscheites cruised to a 6-4 win in the No. 1 position, followed by a win in the No. 2 spot from Sahil Deshmukh and Till Von Winning
- Muscheites picked up a tough three-set win at the No. 2 singles spot, before Deshmukh grabbed a difficult three-set win of his own at No. 3.
- In the No.4 spot, Till Von Winning produced a two set victory highlighted by surrendering just two games to his opponent in the match.
- Joe Ellis clinched a long three-set win at No. 6 to help propel the Ospreys to the win.
- North Florida is now 3-0 in ASUN action and move to 8-8 overall. Stetson drops to 12-3.

FROM THE COURTS
"It's always nice to get a conference road win, and this one wasn't easy. NJIT has a good team and it took us some time to get adjusted to indoor tennis. We didn't play great tennis, but did enough to get the win. A sign of a good team is winning without your best stuff. We have a tough turnaround back to the outdoors at Upstate on Saturday, but I am confident the guys will be prepared" - Head Coach Matt Lucas.
