OPENING TEE: Guided by another solid team performance on Monday, the North Florida women's golf team remained in the Top Five headed into final round action of the Palmetto Intercollegiate at Turtle Point Country Club in Kiawah Island, S.C.
ON THE GREEN
- Junior Sydney Shrader tallied the best round of the day for UNF, shooting a 1-over 73 to climb into a T16 at 148
- A trio of golfers led by first round team leader Liss Davalos and including junior Teresa Conroy and Mindy Herrick each posted rounds of 74
- Davalos is currently T5 at 144 while Conroy joins her in the Top 20, at T16 (148)
- Herrick trimmed 11 shots off her opening round score and moved to T68 (159)
- Senior Kaye Kwon carded a 77 to round out the Osprey lineup in a T35 (152)
