Ospreys Host JU in River City Rumble on Friday Night

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – North Florida men's soccer continues ASUN play this weekend as the Ospreys host crosstown rival Jacksonville on Friday night at 7 p.m. at Hodges Stadium. The match is part of the annual River City Rumble competition between UNF and JU.

Scouting the Jacksonville Dolphins
The Dolphins enter the contest with a 2-0 mark in ASUN play and 2-9 overall record on the season. JU features a balanced scoring attack with five players tallying two goals apiece and another five players having scored one goal on the season. Alex Dixon leads the team with six points while five Dolphins have posted five points each.

Goalkeepers Patrick Harding and Matt Levy have split time in goal for the Dolphins. Harding is 0-5 on the season with 27 saves, a 4.11 goals-against average and .563 save percentage while Levy has posted a 2-3 record with 26 saves, a 2.49 goals-against average and .667 save percentage.

Head coach Mauricio Ruiz is in his fifth season leading the Jacksonville program and has compiled a record of 23-53-2.

Series History
Friday's meeting will be the 24^th all-time meeting between the Ospreys and JU with the Dolphins leading the all-time series, 12-10-1. JU clipped the Ospreys 2-1 in the first round of the ASUN Tournament last season in Deland, Fla. on Nov. 3, 2017.
