- Ervin led off the first inning with a walk before advancing to third on a double to left center by Thibideau. Ervin then scored on a sacrifice fly to right field from
Yahir Gurrola...
Alex Merritt had a ground out to short stop that scored Thibideau.
- Spencer Levine had a sacrifice fly to center field that drove in Marc Coffers to plate FGCU's first run
- Gage Morey tied the game with a single up the middle that scored Richie Garcia... Levine gave FGCU its first lead of the game with a single to the left side that scored Morey.
- Diaz and Weeks had back-to-back singles before they both scored on a single from Wilson to give UNF the lead in the seventh inning.
- Gurrola led off the eighth inning with a single up the middle and was moved into scoring position by a sacrifice bunt from Merritt. Diaz drove a single to the right side that scored Gurrola... Weeks laced a double down the left field line that scored Diaz for another insurance run.
