FORT MYERS, Fla. – The North Florida Softball team returns to A-Sun Conference play this Monday and Tuesday with a three-game series against the Eagles of Florida Gulf Coast in Fort Myers, Fla.
The Ospreys (19-24, 5-7 A-Sun) are coming off of an 11-day break from play over finals week, last playing April 21, where they swept a nonconference doubleheader with Bethune-Cookman.
The Eagles (24-25, 7-5 A-Sun) are coming off of five-straight non-conference games.
The Ospreys sit in sixth place in the current A-Sun standings, with the top six of seven teams making it into the postseason tournament. FGCU sits in second of the current standings, with both teams having six conference games remaining this season.

Navia Penrod lead the Ospreys' lineup, with Duncan ranking fourth in the conference in batting average (.364), first in doubles (17) and eighth in hits (51). Penrod ranks seventh in batting average (.351), fifth in hits (52) and 10
th in stolen bases (18).
Both games of Monday's doubleheader, as well as Tuesday's single game, will be streamed live on ASunTV, with live stats available for all three games as well.
