
Deshmukh Drops Championship Match

LAKEWOOD RANCH, Fla. - North Florida men's tennis sophomore Sahil Deshmukh dropped his championship match on the final day of the Dick Vitale Clay Court Classic on Sunday afternoon.
Davey Roberts of Princeton was able to sneak past Deshmukh, 6-4, 6-4, to claims the consolation title. it was the second straight appearance in a championship in as many week for Deshmukh. He was in the doubles championship at the Georgia Southern Tournament last week.
This concludes the fall season for tennis and it returns in the spring. The full spring schedule will be released on UNFOspreys.com in early November.
