Meet Summary
Two of the team's fastest times this season, one by
Kiana Albert in the 1000 freestyle (10:51.57) and the other by
Amber Pearce in the 200 freestyle (1:58.44), were swam in the meet. Albert also swam the team's second fastest time in the 200 backstroke.
Freshmen
Francesca Vandersluis also put together another solid outing. She placed second in the 100 Breaststroke, out-touched by FIU's Tayler Grabenhorst but a little over a second. Her time of 1:07.33 was .17 off her season-best time. She was also the Ospreys' top finisher in the 200 Breast, placing third in with a time of 2:33.26.
The 200 free relay comprised of Pearce,
Angel Morrison, Vandersluis and
Nicole Nesto posted a time of 1:42.24, the second fastest time of any relay this season.
