Early Season Success: The Ospreys are surging at just the right time in the fall half of their season. At the Oct. 22
nd home quad meet, a wave of 10 different swimmers (including 8 freshmen) posted personal bests in 17 events.
Top Finishers: Against FAU, Gardner-Webb and UNC Asheville, the Ospreys put forth top-4 finishes in nine different events. First-year freestyler
Amber Pearce won two events, the 50 free and the 100 free, while
Kaleigh Newcomb won the 100 backstroke with a time of 59.19.
SoFlo Success: The Ospreys defeated FAU, 153-109 for the first time in five previous meetings in the season's first and final home meet on Oct. 22.
