JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The North Florida softball team closes out their conference slate with a road trip to Stetson to face the Hatters for a doubleheader Wednesday afternoon at 4 p.m.
The Ospreys (29-23, 11-8 A-Sun) have won their last four games, all against conference opponents, and have clinched a spot in the A-Sun postseason tournament and currently sit in third place. This win streak includes a 1-0 win over the Hatters (25-15, 8-8 A-Sun) in a rain-shortened, five-inning contest in DeLand last week.
"We finish out our conference schedule tomorrow at Stetson and are looking to continue our win streak," says coach
Marcie Hickey. "We got four big wins last week and are hoping to finish strong. I expect these games to be a battle and a great way to prepare for the conference tournament."
