On the Perch: In the latest NSCAA Regional Rankings and the NCAA RPI, North Florida and FGCU are the top two Atlantic Sun teams. The Ospreys garnered their highest ranking ever (No.59) in last week's RPI and appeared for the first time this season in the NSCAA Southeast Regional rankings, coming in at No. 9. On the other side of the coin, the Eagles currently have the 15th highest RPI in the country and come in ranked sixth in the regional rankings.

Championship Rematch: Saturday will mark the first meeting since FGCU defeated North Florida, 1-0 in the 2014 Atlantic Sun Conference Championship game. The Eagles extinguished a red-hot Osprey club that came into the game on a three-game win streak in which they outscored their opponents, 12-0. The shutout was only the second time in the last 10 games the Ospreys were held scoreless.

Morrell Magic: Senior Alex Morrell powered the Ospreys to a 3-0 victory last Saturday over Lipscomb. He recorded two assists and drew a foul in the box that led to a Helge Pietschmann penalty kick goal. The two-assist game was the forward's second of his career and he is now ninth in program history with 16 career assists.

Scouting FGCU: The Eagles come soaring into Hodges Stadium courtesy of two, shutout A-Sun victories last week over Jacksonville and Stetson. FGCU currently holds the nation's longest unbeaten streak at home against conference foes, going the last 28 games at the FGCU Soccer Complex without a loss. A key to their success this season has been the play of goalkeeper Nathan Ingham. The senior netminder is 4th in the country with a save percentage of .889 and 8th with a goals against average of 0.42. On offense, junior Dylan Sacramento leads the team with five goals including a two-goal performance against Jacksonville on Sept. 30.

Playoffs?: Its early but a North Florida win or draw against FGCU coupled with a Stetson win at Jacksonville, clinches the five team field. The only team eliminated would be Jacksonville (0-3) who is seeking its first conference win this weekend.
