JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Tonight's baseball game between the University of North Florida baseball team and Georgia Southern has been cancelled due to inclement weather.

The game will be rescheduled for a later date. It is the second game this season the Ospreys have had called off due to severe weather. UNF's game against Georgia Southern on March 31 in Statesboro, Ga., was also called off after two and a half innings of play due to lightning and heavy rain.

UNF will return to action at 6 p.m. on Wednesday when it travels to Tallahassee, Fla., to take on No. 22 Florida State. The Ospreys are 1-1 overall against the Seminoles this season and won the game in Tallahassee on March 4, 5-4. The game will be broadcast live on WBOB-AM 1320 in Jacksonville.
