
Day one of Tiger Invitational complete

CLEMSON, S.C. - The University of North Florida women's indoor track and field team concluded day one of the Tiger Invitational, squeezing in a couple of events.
The Lady Ospreys managed several top preliminary finishes. Junior Amy Stroder finished the preliminary stages of the 60m dash in 21st place with a time of 8.01. Freshman Charisma Anderson was close behind Stroder and tied for 29th place, crossing the finish line in 8.12.
In the 60m hurdles, Mary Beth Renfro took 40th place in the prelims with an overall time of 9.76.In the long jump, Emily Kohler jumped 5.42m which was good enough for 18th place. Unfortunately Kohler was not able to take a top spot in the finals.
The Lady Ospreys return to action for day two of the Tiger Invitational at 10 a.m. tomorrow.
