JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The University of North Florida women's soccer team suffered a conference loss today, falling to Stetson 1-0. The Lady Ospreys now hold a 10-4-1 record with a 4-3-1 mark in Atlantic Sun Conference action.
Stetson scored the only goal of the game in the 14th minute of play. Assisted by Julianne Turnball, Sarah Stock registered her sixth goal of the season.
The Hatters out-shot the Lady Ospreys 11-8. Kelly Kuenning led Stetson with four shots during the match.
Lauren Winn, Kady Dearing and Amanda Wallace each registered shots on goal for UNF. Rachael Howard and Heather Gosselin combined for three UNF saves, while April Eilering made three for Stetson.
The Lady Ospreys wrap up conference action on Saturday when they face Mercer at 3 p.m.
