MIAMI, Fla. - The University of North Florida women's soccer team picked up its second win of the season on Sunday by topping Indiana-Purdue Ft. Wayne 2-1 in its final match of the Florida International Soccer Invitational.

The Lady Ospreys (2-1-1) received goals from junior midfielder Courtney Forson and junior forward Lena Mullaney to secure the win.

IPFW struck first when Jenny Thornton beat UNF freshman goalkeeper Rachael Howard to the right side of the goal in the 65^th minute of the match to give her squad the early lead.

Forson tied the match in the 73^rd minute on an unassisted goal before Mullaney added the game-winning goal in the 76^th minute. Both UNF goals were unassisted.

UNF outshot IPFW 12-10 including a 6-5 advantage in shots on goal. Forson and Mullaney led the charge for UNF with three shots each.

Howard tallied four saves for the Lady Ospreys in the win. Shannon Lynn had four saves for IPFW.

UNF will be back in action on Friday when it travels to Hattiesburg, Miss., to take on Southern Miss. That match is set for 4 p.m.
