SAVANNAH, Ga. - The University of North Florida men's soccer team finished its regular season schedule Friday with a 1-0 victory over Savannah College of Art & Design. The win improves the Ospreys to 5-8-1 overall, and 2-2-1 on the road.
Mark Sergio's header in the 15th minute, off of a Barclay Powers pass, proved to be all the Ospreys would need as it concluded its 2004 regular season Friday night. With the loss, SCAD drops to 7-11 overall, and has now lost eight of its last nine matches.
Nov. 2 will mark the beginning of the Peach Belt Conference Tournament, with match-ups to be determined.
