Indoor Volleyball Bio2012 (junior):
Posted a 17-6 record in dual matches including a 16-3 mark with Julie Trembley playing at the No. 4/5 positions... Teammed with Trembley for a perfect 8-0 mark in Atlantic Sun play and helped UNF to second straight conference title... Opened the season with 16 consecutive victories... Captured the White Flight pairs championship at UNF Sand Invitational... Only dropped two games in 16 match victories with Trembley... Atlantic Sun Academic honor roll recipient
2011 (sophomore):
Member of North Florida’s Atlantic Sun Conference championship squad... boasted a 4-3 regulars season record at No. 3 pairs position teamming with several players including Paige Pridgeon (2-2), Allison Shirley (1-1), Anna Budinska (1-0)... tallied perfect 4-0 mark with Julie Trembley at A-Sun Championship to help Ospreys claim team title, also reached No. 3 Flight finals match... Atlantic Sun Academic Honor Roll member.
High School: Set a single-season assist record at Lake Mary High School with 806 during senior year... had 62 kills, 39 aces, 21 blocks and 133 digs during the season... named the AVCA/Max Preps Florida Volleyball Player of the Week after tallying 92 assists, averaging 9.2 assists per set over 10 sets... named the ESPN RISE Regional Athlete of the Week on Oct. 29.
Personal: Majoring in Psychology… daughter of Jon and Martina Claessens… has one brother, Joris and two sisters, Astrid and Judith… sister, Judith played soccer here at North Florida while sister Astrid was a student-athlete at UCF, competing in cross country/track and brother Joris played soccer at USF… born March 4, 1992.
