
Lewis Promoted to Senior Associate AD

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. –University of North Florida Athletic Director Lee Moon announced the promotion of Ervin Lewis, UNF's Associate Athletic Director for Facilities/Operations, to Senior Associate Athletic Director.
“I am excited in giving Ervin this opportunity to continue developing as an athletic administrator,” said Moon. “He is truly a rising star in the realm of athletic administration and has been an unbelievable asset to myself, this department and the university over the past year. Along with his unquestioned knowledge, skills, dedication and commitment, Ervin brings a strong but approachable personality to this position that I feel will be a really benefit for our entire department.”
In his second year with the Osprey staff, Lewis currently manages all of UNF's athletic facilities including scheduling and grounds maintenance. He also oversees the operations for all North Florida athletic events and coordinates all aspects of game management. With his promotion, Lewis takes over the day-to-day oversight and management for all of the men's athletic programs along with the strength and conditioning program.
“I am truly ecstatic and honored that Coach Moon continues to demonstrate the confidence in me to help serve in a leadership role within the athletic department here at UNF,” Lewis stated. “I am looking forward to the challenges presented to me by my expanding role as a senior administrator on this staff. Personally and professionally, I continue to dedicate myself to not only make our athletic department at UNF the very best in the Atlantic Sun Conference, but also one that is recognized around the country.”
