UNF Responsibilities: Serves as UNF's senior woman administrator... Oversees and manages all aspects of the athletic compliance department and serves as the Deputy Title IX coordinator representing athletics on the UNF Title IX committee... Administrative sport supervisor for the women's tennis, men's tennis, women's soccer and cheer programs.

Experience: Spent 16 years working in athletics at Jacksonville University including 13 years serving as Associate Athletic Director for Compliance... Overseeing compliance for all of the Dolphins' 18 sports, she monitored amateurism, recruiting, eligibility, financial aid, camps/clinics, playing and practice seasons along with the APR... Her role also involved serving on various ASUN and University committees... Served as an NCAA Division I certified peer review team member and as a member of the NCAA Divisional Academic Performance Program Advisory Group and the NCAA AMA Technology Advisory group... Her tenure at JU began in 1997 serving as the athletic ticket manager.

Personal: Earned a bachelor's degree in communication from the Florida State University (1993) and a master's in sports management from Georgia Southern University (1995)... Married to Chuck Kirk and the proud parent to a pair of daughters, Emily and April.
