Four-year member of the Lincoln High School squad and holds the career dig record for the team
Earned a 2015 All-Big Bend first team selection and second team honors in 2014.
In her final season, helped the Trojans to a 2016 District Runner-Up finish
Selected to the Under Armour All-American Watch List and earned a spot on the FACA All-Star Team
Played for Prostyle Volleyball Academy on the 17 Black Elite under the direction of former Osprey, Paige Pridgeon, who earned a spot in the 2015 and 2016 nationals
In addition to her indoor play, Workman spends time on the beach as she placed second at the USAV Beach Series Classic and the AAU Beach Series to win a bid to the Junior Olympics
