Ethan Jenkins is entering his first year as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of North Florida. He leads programming and training for baseball, beach volleyball, men’s tennis, and track & field (sprints and jumps).
Jenkins previously worked at UNF in a part-time role, leading programming for Baseball and assisting with several other teams before moving on to Illinois State University, where he served as an Assistant Athletic Performance Coach. At Illinois State, he led and implemented programming for baseball, swim & dive, and track & field.
He earned his Master’s degree in Kinesiology from East Texas Baptist University and a Bachelor’s degree in Pre-Physical Therapy from Florida A&M University, where he played four years of Division I baseball. Jenkins is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
