About Ticketing
Manages all ticketing orders and seating for UNF Athletic events. Is the first person to interact with the public, including UNF fans and visiting team fans.
Positions Available
Internship, Practicum student, Volunteer, Event Staff (Paid)
Description of Duties (may include, but are not limited to)
- Provide customer service by processing ticket orders and allocating seats for season and single game requests via phone, mail, internet and ticket windows for all sports
- Hours are a combination of traditional business hours along with event times (nights/weekends)
- The desired candidate will need to provide excellent customer service.
