Luciano Natoli Named To United Soccer Coaches Watch List

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – United Soccer Coaches announced that University of North Florida Men's Soccer redshirt senior goalkeeper Luciano Natoli has been named to the 2026 Missouri Athletic Club Hermann Trophy Positional Players to Watch List for Goalkeepers ahead of the season.
Natoli was one of eight goalkeepers in the nation and the only from the ASUN Conference selected to the list.
The lists are compiled and released by the Division I All-America Committees to promote college soccer leading up to the official start date for the regular season. The lists include United Soccer Coaches All-Americans and All-Region players from 2025 who are scheduled to return for 2026.
The 2025 ASUN Goalkeeper of the Year, Natoli appeared in and started 18 matches in goal to propel North Florida to a 2025 ASUN Graphite Division title, 2025 ASUN Tournament title and 2025 NCAA Tournament appearance last season. He earned 2025 First Team All-ASUN and 2025 United Soccer Coaches All-Atlantic Third Team honors. He notched an 11-5-2 record and 5-2-1 ASUN record behind 1,661 minutes played with 60 saves and a .759 save percentage. He set the single-season program record with nine shutouts and extended his career program record to 13 shutouts. His nine shutouts led the ASUN Conference and ranked ninth in the nation. His 11 wins ranked first in Division I single-season program history and tied for second in all-time single-season program history. He was named ASUN Goalkeeper of the Week five times on Aug. 25, Sept. 22, Sept. 27, Oct. 13 and Oct. 27.
The positional announcements also lead up to the watch lists for the prestigious Missouri Athletic Club's Hermann Trophy on the official start date for regular season matches. The MAC Hermann Trophy is presented annually to the Division I National Players of the Year as voted by Division I College Coaches at the end of the regular season. The 2026 recipients will be announced on January 8, 2027, in St. Louis, Mo.
