Men's Basketball Travels to Central Arkansas

2/14/2025 2:00:00 PM

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - North Florida men's basketball looks to take a road win back from their trip up to “The Natural State” when they face Central Arkansas for the second time this season on Saturday, Feb. 15, with tip-off set for 4:30 p.m. ET, in Conway, Ark.

The conference matchup will be broadcasted on ESPN+. Updates for the games will be made on Twitter/X at @OspreyMBB and on Instagram at @OspreysMBB, as well as through live stats provided by UCA.

We have to continue to press upon these guys that if we continue to do what we have been doing, then we will end up getting the same result. The best part is we have a quick Saturday afternoon turnaround, which allows us to embrace that life is 10% what happens and 90% how you react. Central Arkansas has been dealing with a lot of injuries and illness, yet they have been plug-and-play. They constantly put pressure on your rim with back-cuts, post-ups and catch-and-shoot threes like Princeton's offensive system. UCA will challenge us from several areas, yet the most important aspect of the game will be our mental attitude and ability to get back to basics. It will be similar to what we have shown in spurts throughout the ASUN regular season.
