Men's Basketball Falls to West Georgia

CARROLLTON, Ga. - North Florida men's basketball fell to West Georgia, 92-72, inside The Coliseum on Saturday.
 
Sophomore guard Jasai Miles dropped 18 points on 6-12 from the field and 4-10 from three in 20 minutes. It marked the 15th-straight game with 10 or more points and 19 of 21 games reaching the mark for Miles this season.
 
Senior guard Nate Lliteras finished with 13 points in 28 minutes, while sophomore guard Jaylen Smith added 13 points and four assists in 26 minutes.  


IN THE BOX SCORE

Jasai Miles finished on a driving layup to make it 9-6 at the 13:46 minute mark of the first half...Miles led the Ospreys with 10 points in the first half...freshman forward Josh Harris beat his defender on an inside move inside the paint to cut the deficit to 23-13 at the halfway point in the first half...West Georgia led 43-27 at the end of the first half...Miles knocked down a three from the top of the key to trim the margin to 49-37 at the 17:20 minute mark of the second half...Miles buried his fourth three of the game to cut the deficit to 10 at 71-61.
