JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - North Florida hit .424 in the second frame to get even, 1-1, but No. 21 Florida State (5-1) was nearly errorless on the attack the rest of the way as UNF (3-5) dropped a midweek matchup to the Seminoles, 3-1, Tuesday, Sept. 10.

Amy Burkhardt went for a match-high 14 kills with her fifth double-double of the season.

Inside the Sets

Set 1: Amy Burkhardt and Ella Bines posted three kills apiece, but FSU never relinquished its lead in the first frame.
Set 2: North Florida went on a 7-2 run to open up a 15-8 lead at the first media timeout … a perfect sideout resulting in an Amy Burkhardt kill slowed down a late push by Florida State … she would finish it off with her eighth kill of the match to give UNF a 25-20 win in the second frame.
Set 3: North Florida was held to single-digit kills and FSU hit .560 as the Noles took a 2-1 lead.
Set 4: FSU committed just one attack error in the fourth frame.
