JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - North Florida men's soccer stood tall on defense as the Ospreys (1-1-2) Mercer Bears (1-1-2) played to a scoreless draw at Hodges Stadium Sunday, Sept. 1.
North Florida had the advantage in shots on goal as the Ospreys played to their third-straight result.

Inside the Match
- First Half: The first half only featured three combined shots and one on goal as things were even at 0-0 through 45 minutes.
- Second Half: After a quiet first 15 minutes, David Perez found space at the top of the box, but his shot was saved … UNF created good build play in the 71st minute, but Jaxon Reinhardt's shot was saved … Mercer had a free kick opportunity in the 85th minute, but North Florida withstood the opportunity to close out the draw.
