4/11/2024 6:00:00 PM

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - North Florida men's tennis (10-8) returns home this weekend to close out the regular season, as they take on the likes of Eastern Kentucky (20-6) on Friday, Apr. 12, at 5 p.m., followed with senior day against Queens (11-9) on Sunday, Apr. 14, at 12 p.m., at UNF Tennis Complex. UNF will honor seniors Jonas Hartenstein, Rodrigo Crespo, PJ Kotan and Bruno Vietri before its match against Queens on Sunday afternoon.

The Ospreys look to stay undefeated in conference play, as they welcome in the second-place team in the conference in EKU, who hold a 5-2 record in the conference this season. The Colonels picked up their first ranked win in program history last week with a 5-2 home win over No. 68 Stetson.

Queens come into Sunday's match with a 3-4 record in conference play, as they are vying for a spot in the conference tournament.  A win for UNF this weekend against either EKU or Queens would clinch them the No. 1 seed in the ASUN Championship and sole possession of their seventh regular season conference title in program history.
