Baseball Swept in Series Finale to Bellarmine

Combined For 24 Runs Over Three Weekend Games

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - North Florida baseball (14-12, 4-5) were not able to prevail in the series finale against Bellarmine (4-23, 3-6), 12-8, through eight innings due to surpassing the drop-dead time on Saturday afternoon.

The Ospreys went toe-to-toe with Bellarmine trough the first half of the game with an 8-8 score in the middle of the fourth, but the Knights added four more runs to cushion their lead in another offensive bout. One run was scored in each half inning through the first four innings, along with the Knights scoring in all but one inning.
