Eisenbeiss Earns Sixth ASUN Golfer of the Week Award

Matched Program Record For Lowest 54-Hole Score
ATLANTA - Christin Eisenbeiss takes home her sixth career ASUN Women's Golfer of the Week honor after her record-breaking performance at the Westbrook Invitational, as announced by the league office on Thursday.
Eisenbeiss matched the all-time program-leading 54-hole score with a 9-under 207 in the spring season opener in Peoria, Ariz. She also helped the Ospreys break the program record for lowest team 54-hole score at 10-under 854, which surpassed the previous mark by two strokes.
The senior placed 12th in an ultra-competitive field hosted by Wisconsin that featured nine Power Five teams. She put together 15 birdies through all three rounds and scored under par in each showing, including two scores in the 60s during the first and final rounds.
The Hamburg, Germany, native extends her lead as the most accomplished weekly award winner from the conference, as no other UNF golfer has more than four awards. It is her first of the season, the sixth of her career and the 34th overall honor given to the program throughout its existence.
Eisenbeiss and the Ospreys will return by hosting its home tournament at the Momentum Transportation UNF Collegiate from Mar. 4-5 in Jacksonville, Fla.
