Reinhardt Scores Third Goal This Season
CHARLESTON, S.C. - North Florida men's soccer (4-6-3) fell in a hard battle on the road against College of Charleston (8-4-2), 2-1, in its non-conference finale on Wednesday evening.
The Ospreys were close to a comeback after Jaxon Reinhardt cut the deficit in half in the 18th minute. UNF held the shot margin at 14-5, including a 5-3 edge for shots on goal, but Charleston held on late.

The Ospreys jump back into conference competition with their next matchup set at Hodges Stadium against Bellarmine on Saturday, Oct. 19, with kickoff set for 7 p.m.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- College of Charleston struck first with its first goal coming in the fifth minute of the game.
- Another goal was added by the Cougars just moments later in the 14th minute to make it a 2-0 score in the non-conference match.
- Reinhardt executed shortly after in the 18th minute off an assist from Jaylen Yearwood to inch closer to a draw.
- Continuing momentum, Jacob Harris, Jaxon Reinhardt and David Perez each had a shot on goal before the end of the half.Â
- Luciano Natoli made a great save in the 63rd minute to keep the deficit for the Ospreys at one score.
- Stingy defense from both teams went all the way through the final minutes of the game to result in a 2-1 score in favor of the Cougars.
