
Driscoll & Staff Breaks ASUN Wins Record in 91-75 Victory Against Queens

Ospreys Clinched 400th All-Time Win in Program History
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Head coach Matthew Driscoll and his coaching staff earned their 228th win, which now takes over as the winningest coaching staff in ASUN history after a 91-75 victory against Queens (N.C.) (7-13, 1-4) on Saturday evening.
North Florida men's basketball (11-9, 4-1) earned its 400th all-time victory with a win against the Royals to make it four straight wins in conference play. It was also the most points scored by the Ospreys in a game this season against a Division I team.
Chaz Lanier led a group of five Ospreys in double figures, as he recorded his third straight 20-point game and seventh overall. Max Hrdlicka set a career-high with 16 points, while Nate Lliteras put up 15 points and eight rebounds while defending their home court.

First Half
Ospreys came out hot from beyond the arc with three consecutive three-pointers to open play, including back-to-back from Lanier...Lliteras and Dorian James also put together early scores to kept a one-point lead halfway through...UNF broke out a 12-0 run highlighted with five points from Hrdlicka and a three from Jaylen Smith to go up double digits...another three was made by Hrdlicka, followed with Oscar Berry finding his groove with a trey...one last three from Lanier with under a minute left gave UNF a seven-point lead at the break.
Second Half
James scored within 13 seconds of the start of the second half with a three right after from Lliteras...back-to-back layups from Lliteras and Lanier kept the following going for the Ospreys, while James hit a three from the corner...Jake van der Heijden made his first three of the day with Hrdlicka throwing down a dunk shortly after...van der Heijden and Hrdlicka repeated with another pair of buckets to go along with a Smith trey...a slam from James and another pair of threes from van der Heijden and Lliteras broke open the game to give UNF a lead of over 20 points...UNF controlled the pace of the final eight minutes to secure a 91-75 win for the Ospreys' 400th all-time program victory.
