JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - North Florida men's soccer announces the signing of 12 student-athlete newcomers to the UNF squad for the fall 2023 season on Wednesday afternoon.
"The addition of these student athletes to our early signings definitely makes our team better going into next season," said head coach Derek Marinatos about the newest crop of signees. "We look forward to working with them next fall."
Hometown: Richmond Hill, Ga.
High School: Richmond Hill HS
Club Team: Tormenta FC
Position: Midfielder
Height: 5'9"
Bio: Played varsity HS soccer in ninth and 10th grade, as well as club soccer for three years...scored two goals and recorded two assists in four games with Tormenta FC before being injured in U-17...chosen for inaugural USLA season and last summer as well...helped club team make final of USLA Cup...selected as captain for U-16 and U-17 teams...biggest game in HS was keeping a clean sheet against the No. 1-ranked team in the region...scored two goals and assisted twice in six games as a freshman as well...has made honor roll all four years of HS...born on Jan. 5, 2005...undecided on a major.
