North Florida Hits .398 in Second-Straight Sweep
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - North Florida (10-10, 3-3 ASUN) won in straight sets for the second-straight night, hitting .398 as a team while holding Queens to .066 on the attack in an hour and 18-minute sweep of Queens (3-14, 0-5 ASUN) Saturday, Oct. 7.
Amy Burkhardt hit a ridiculous .800 while Kierstyn McFall wasn't far behind with a .750 clip as North Florida committed no more than four errors in a single set. UNF haw now won three-straight matches and is looking to break .500 in both overall and league play next Friday.

- Set 1: North Florida started off hot, going up 4-0 early … Kailey McKnight notched three quick kills as the Ospreys ran out to a 10-2 lead … Burkhardt helped fuel a 6-0 run on her serve as North Florida went ahead, 17-5 … McKnight finished with six kills to seal a big first set win that had North Florida with 17 kills and only one attack error.
- Set 2: Tied 4-4, UNF went for consecutive blocks to create a 7-4 lead … UNF would lead by no fewer than four for the remaining points … Burkhardt was the leader with five kills, while Annie Antar dished out eight assists and Kelly Negron six.
- Set 3: A whole host of Ospreys saw the court in the final frame that had UNF leading wire-to-wire … the Ospreys had 3.5 blocks while 14 different Ospreys saw time … Rylee Moorhead closed the match out with a kill.
