BREAK POINT - Men’s Tennis Starts ASUN Play at Stetson

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - North Florida men's tennis looks to carry non-conference success into ASUN Conference play when it opens up league competition at Stetson Sunday.

UNF's ASUN slate is a sprint, with the Ospreys playing four home and four road matches in conference play.

Series History
UNF is 14-7 all-time against Stetson …The Ospreys are 5-4 against the Hatters in DeLand … UNF has won nine of its last 10 against Stetson … North Florida is 10-4 against Stetson in conference matches.

Stetson is 7-5 on the year and coming off a 6-1 win against Omaha in DeLand March 13 … Stetson is like UNF, having won all of its home matches this season … Ervin Eminefendic is a team-best 7-2 in dual singles play, while Diogo Marques is 5-5 at the top slot … Tim Gennes has won four-straight singles matches … Stetson is an even 16-16 in doubles play.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Despite trailing after doubles, No. 68 North Florida men's tennis (9-5) had an early start in singles, staved off Omaha's rally and Matt Carroll clinched it before the rain came as UNF rolled the Mavericks, 4-3, Monday, March 14.
