JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - In arguably UNF women's basketball's most comprehensive win during ASUN play, the Ospreys (12-15, 5-10 ASUN) led for over 38 minutes in a 72-54 win at Jacksonville (15-11, 8-7 ASUN) Thursday, Feb. 24.
UNF's margin of victory was its largest in UNF's 13 wins against its crosstown rivals. North Florida won in every phase of the game, shooting 48.1 percent from the floor while holding JU to 30.6 percent.
North Florida dished out 18 assists, made 12 three-pointers and had four players in double-digit scoring. All told, the Ospreys led for over 38 minutes of the game.

- First Quarter: UNF dominated the first frame with one of its best quarters in ASUN play … Rhetta Moore and Jazz Bond combined for eight points apiece in the first to put UNF up 23-12 …the Ospreys went 5-for-7 from deep in the first quarter and led for over nine minutes.
- Second Quarter: Moore and Summah Evans continued the sizzling hot shooting with a pair of three-pointers out of the start of the quarter, extending UNF's lead to 29-12 with 8:05 to go in the second … despite JU's 12-4 run to close the frame, the Ospreys got eight more points from Moore in the second frame, giving North Florida a 16-point lead at the break … UNF closed the first half at a sizzling 9-for-14 from beyond the arc … UNF led by as many as 24 points through the first 20 minutes.
- Third Quarter: The three-point barrage continued in the second half as UNF made three more three-pointers before the first media timeout of the second half … the Ospreys outscored JU by eight and shot 60 percent from three-point range to lead by 24 at the end of the session.
- Fourth Quarter: JU outscored UNF by six in the final frame, but it was too little too late for the host Dolphins as North Florida posted its largest margin of victory in a road win this season.
