Women's Tennis Concludes Hidden Duals With Wins Against Georgia, LSU

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - North Florida women's tennis capped off its own UNF Hidden Duals event with three wins against a pair of SEC teams in LSU and Georgia Sunday, Oct. 30.

Kit Gulihur garnered another ranked singles win, while Annabelle Davis knocked off a top freshman from Georgia. Jasmin Makela and Kendall Nash picked up a convincing win against a pair from LSU, rounding out the Ospreys' strong home weekend.

All told, North Florida won 10 matches, all coming against either LSU or Georgia. Gulihur picked up two ranked singles wins, while Oliveira joined Gulihur for a doubles win against No. 46 Ania Hertel and Guillermina Grant of Georgia. That doubles win came on day one of the Hidden Duals.

Gulihur was tabbed the tourney singles champion, standing tall with a No. 43 national singles ranking.

The Ospreys cap off the fall competition season Friday, Nov. 11-13 for the UNF Fall Invite.
