JACKSONVILLE, Ala. - North Florida volleyball (13-1, 2-0 ASUN) navigated around multiple Jacksonville State (11-4, 1-1 ASUN) set points to win a key third frame, and later turned around to hit .553 points better than JSU in a decisive fifth set as the Ospreys put up a statement road win against the Gamecocks, 3-2, Saturday, Sept. 25.

Solimar Cestero posted a season-high 16 kills,
Dariana Hollingsworth-Santana etched in double-double number eight on the season and

Inside the Sets
- Set 1: UNF got the first point of the set and never let go of the lead, using six kills from Dariana Hollingsworth-Santana, 12 Julianna Askew assists and four blocks to take care of business in the first set … Hollingsworth-Santana hit .625, Maddie Boyd hit .750 and JSU hit only .139 as a team.
- Set 2: It was JSU's turn to take the lead and not give it up … the Gamecocks did not hit an overly efficient mark in the second set, but UNF attack errors hampered things in the frame.
- Set 3: If you're into roller coasters, the third set would be for you … the Ospreys stared down a 20-18 deficit, and later, back-to-back JSU set points before seeing another at 24-25 … Hollingsworth-Santana tallied a kill, served an ace and Boyd posted a block to win the set in dramatic fashion.
- Set 4: JSU gathered momentum during the middle of the set and posted seven more kills, tying things up and forcing a fifth set.
- Set 5: Already 2-0 on the year in five set matches, UNF made it 3-0 thanks to a hot start to the third frame … down 3-2, UNF rattled off a 4-0 run to force a Jacksonville State timeout … the closest JSU got was within two, but UNF was too strong down the stretch … fittingly, Hollingsworth-Santana provided the match-winning kill.
