JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - UNF men's tennis (2-2) suffered its first home loss of the season in a 7-0 defeat against No. 19 UCF (3-2) Saturday, February 20.

South Florida and UNF have met nine times, with the Bulls taking each match in the series … the two teams have never met at a neutral site … the Ospreys lead the all-time series with South Alabama, 8-5 … North Alabama topped the Jaguars, 4-3, March 16 of 2019 … UNF is 3-2 in Mobile.

Dominik Barton picked up his fourth career ASUN Men's Tennis Player of the Week honor Wednesday, February 10 … Barton picked up a singles and doubles win at the top slot in a 6-1 defeat of Troy.

Breno Marques. Crespo went 20-10 with Western Michigan in singles play a year ago, while Hartenstein picked up time with Mississippi State. True freshman and Brazil native
Breno Marques won't compete this season for the Ospreys. Crespo picked up his first singles win as an Osprey Saturday at Georgia Southern.

USF is 3-2 this year … the Bulls have picked up wins at Clemson and against Auburn … USF defeated ASUN foe FGCU, 5-2, but have dropped matches to Florida and UCF … last year USF was 9-4 before the season was cut short … Chase Ferguson was named AAC Player of the Week January 26 after the wins against Clemson and Auburn … South Alabama is 4-3, coming off of wins against West Alabama, UAB and Samford over the last week and a half … the Jaguars were 5-6 a year ago … Julien Evrard was named Sun Belt Player of the Week twice in two weeks, February 10 and February 17.
