JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - UNF volleyball (4-6, 3-1 ASUN) not only swept the weekend but took every set played, downing Jacksonville (2-4, 0-2 ASUN), 3-0, at Swisher Gymnasium Sunday night, February 21.

2. Series History
UNF and Stetson have played 31 times … North Florida leads the all-time series, 21-10 … UNF is 10-4 in DeLand, winning three of the last five at Stetson … the Ospreys are 15-9 in ASUN matches against Stetson.

3. On the Offensive
The Ospreys are coming off a match in which they hit .323 as a team, their best percentage thus far. In the final set of their win against Jacksonville on Sunday, the Ospreys hit .519 as a team … that set featured an 8-0 run in which sophomore Solimar Cestero recorded five kills and one block … the Ospreys lead the ASUN in total kills with 421. 

4. Fun in the (A)SUN
The Ospreys are 3-1 in ASUN play to start the 2021 season, their best start since 2008 when UNF won the first four conference matches … sophomore Julianna Askew leads the team with a hitting percentage of .308 to go along with 10.00 assists/set in conference play … sophomore Rocio Moro is second in the conference with 5.62 digs/set through four conference games ... Rocio Moro has been named ASUN Defensive Player of the Year twice this year.

5. Scouting Report
Stetson (1-2, 0-2 ASUN) is coming off a weekend in which they were swept by ASUN Preseason favorite FGCU … sophomore outside hitter Elena Djokovic leads the Hatters with 49 kills and leads the ASUN with a whopping 4.90 kills/set … senior defensive specialist Chelcie Spence helps anchor a defense that is 11th in the nation in digs/set with 19.40.
