Admission and COVID-19 Policies
All matches at the UNF Arena for indoor volleyball are free admission and open to the public and UNF students with general admission seating. 

1. Last Time Out
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Down two sets, UNF volleyball (1-5) won set three 29-27 and set four 25-17, although visiting Clemson (7-4) staved off a North Florida match point in set five as the Ospreys' comeback came up just short Friday, Feb. 12 from the UNF Arena.

2. Series History
UNF and FGCU have met 30 times and 15 times at the UNF Arena … the Ospreys won the first-ever meeting back Nov. 19, 2004 …the two teams have met 24 times as conference foes.

3. Among the best
Graduate student Gabby O'Connell became the fourth player in UNF DI history to surpass the 1,000-kill milestone, doing so during an 18-kill day against Clemson Friday, Feb. 12 … O'Connell is eyeing 3,000 total attacks and is at 874 digs … if she were to reach 1,000 digs she'd join Paige Pridgeon as the only other Osprey in UNF DI history to post 1,000 kills and 1,000 digs.

4. Freshmen Features
Freshmen Logan O'Brien and Kailey McKnight have logged a lot of opportunities on the floor this season … O'Brien is coming off a strong performance against Clemson, posting 15 digs … she was one of three Ospreys in double figures in the digs column … Julianna Askew had 26 digs, while McKnight posted 12 to go with seven kills.

5. Scouting Report
FGCU is 2-0, downing USF twice … FGCU came back from a two-set deficit in the season opener before sweeping the Bulls in game two … Cortney VanLiew had 30 kills on 70 attempts in the season opener … the Eagles were selected as the ASUN Preseason top team … VanLiew was named ASUN Preseason Player of the Year, Dana Axner ASUN Preseason Defensive Player of the Year, Chelsey Lockey ASUN Preseason Setter of the Year … Erin Shomaker was also selected to the ASUN Preseason All-Conference team.

***COVID-19 Game Day Protocols & Free Admission***
Admission is free at UNF Volleyball home matches this season.

There are several new game day protocols in place for home volleyball matches this season. For a complete list, please visit our game day protocol page. Fans will be required to wear masks at all times with the exception of when eating or drinking. They are also required throughout campus. 

A clear bag policy is also in effect for all UNF athletic events. Approved bags include:

• Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12."
• One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
• Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand (no larger than 4.5" x 6.5"), with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into UNF Arena along with one of the clear bag options.

With social distancing in place and new access to our arena bowl, we are asking that most fans enter at the top of our arena using the stairs closest to the arena parking garage.
