WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - UNF men's tennis'
Matt Carroll defeated Duke's Jake Krug in a tiebreaker to win the A2 North Bracket on the final day at the Wake Forest Fall Invite Sunday, Nov. 7.
Carroll's win secures the Ospreys four victories against Power Five opponents on the weekend, earning Carroll two singles wins and one doubles victory against Duke.
Joe Ellis and Carroll also defeated an NC State doubles pair on day one.
Rodrigo Crespo and
Joe Ellis closed out the weekend with walkovers over their respective opponents in the A1 Southeast Finals and B2 Northwest Finals.
Sunday's play concludes the fall tennis season for UNF. The Ospreys open the spring season at Florida State Friday, January 14.
