FORT MYERS, Fla. - Down a set, North Florida volleyball (24-6) dug deep and produced in crucial moments, putting away key kills and sprinkling in some tricks of its own to defeat defending ASUN Champion Lipscomb, 3-1, in the ASUN Championship Quarterfinals Thursday, Nov. 18.
North Florida moves on to the semifinals for the second year in a row and will face the winner of Liberty and FGCU. UNF's semifinal match is set for tomorrow at 7 p.m.

Inside the Sets
- Set 1: Lipscomb (14-13) used an early 4-0 run to take a 7-6 lead … Gabby O'Connell had a strong start, posting three kills, but the Bisons played an efficient session to take the opening frame.
- Set 2: UNF held Lipscomb to .081 hitting and dug deep to put up a 4-0 run and overcome a 20-21 deficit to even things up in the second … Dariana Hollingsworth-Santana had three kills late to lift the Ospreys over the Bisons.
- Set 3: The Ospreys pulled out all the stops late to take a critical third set … down 23-22, Julianna Askew executed a flawless dump shot on two, just one point before Rocio Moro attacked after a cover, landing the go-ahead point in the back right corner … up 25-24, Askew went back to her bag of tricks and called set point on a dump shot-kill.
- Set 4: UNF saved the best for last, hitting a sizzling .432 for 19 kills and just three errors, running away with the win.
