FORT MYERS, Fla. - North Florida volleyball (24-7) bowed out of the ASUN Championship Semifinals after falling to number-one overall seed FGCU (25-5) on the road Friday, Nov. 19.
The Ospreys suffer just their seventh loss of the season, moving to 24-7 on the season, UNF's winningest season in North Florida Division-I history.
It was the eighth-consecutive ASUN Championship reached by the Ospreys, and third time UNF has reached the semifinals.

- Set 1: Julianna Askew posted an ace to start the set as UNF got ahead early, up 5-3 … Anna Butler posted five kills, although the Eagles only committed three attack errors to take the opening frame.
- Set 2: The Eagles opened up an early set lead … Solimar Cestero posted a pair of kills, although FGCU hit above .300 to go out in front.
- Set 3: The Ospreys got life late with a 3-0 run … Dariana Hollingsworth-Santana notched a kill, Maddie Boyd and Butler teamed up on a block and Hollingsworth-Santana tallied an ace … FGCU would win six of the next eight points.
