GAINESVILLE, Fla. -
Dominik Barton continued to rack up headlining wins on day three of the ITA Southeast Regionals after defeating singles opponents from Georgia Tech and Miami to advance to the main singles draw quarterfinals.
Joining Barton in the winning was
Jonas Hartenstein who claimed a straight sets win against Randy Wilson of FGCU before advancing to the quarterfinals with a walkover victory.
Barton has now defeated singles opponents from Georgia, Georgia Tech and Miami during regionals. Saturday's wins featured a 6-3, 6-2 defeat of the Yellow Jackets Pablo Schelcher, and a 6-4, 4-6, 6-4 triumph against Dan Martin of Miami.
Barton faces JC Roddick of UCF tomorrow, while Hartenstein squares off with Chen Dong of Georgia Tech.
