FORT MYERS, Fla. - North Florida swimming is back in the pool against FGCU Saturday at 11 a.m.
The event, which will be streamed on Facebook Live, will be open to 50 spectators. All attendees are required to wear masks at all times and must adhere to CDC guidelines, which include social distancing.

WHAT TO KNOW
- North Florida is seeking its first win of the season. It is coming off of four meets in 10 days, having competed against No. 17 Florida State and Tampa Wednesday.
- The Ospreys faced off with FGCU to open the season with the Eagles winning, 201-61.
- Ryan Showfety won the 500 and 1000 freestyle against Georgia Southern Saturday afternoon in Statesboro, Ga.
- For the first time this season, UNF will swim the 1650 free, 200 free relay and 200 IM.
SCOUTING THE OPPONENTS
The Eagles are coming off a loss to FIU, despite improving upon their performance from last season's meet against the Panthers. Petra Halmai led the team with three individual wins, as she took home both breaststroke events and the 200 IM. Hannah VanDress accounted for the team's fourth event victory of the day, claiming the 1000 Free with a season-best time.
