GAINESVILLE - North Florida swimming posts strong swims at Florida on Wednesday evening.

"The team swam great today. Everyone stepped up and really improved from last Saturday (vs. FGCU). Camryn Greenleaf and Ashley Cozad had really strong meets. Sarah Shiers swam her personal-best in the 50 and 100 freestyle. This meet will really prepare us for Saturday against Georgia Southern." - head coach Ian Coffey

-Cozad shaved almost two seconds off her 100 fly time from Saturday.- In the 50 free, Greenleaf was almost three seconds quicker from her first swim and Shiers cut her time by two seconds.
- Against FGCU, Engstrom swam just over an 11:31 and against the Gators she posted a time of 11:09.86.
