JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Despite a pair of Osprey home runs, Hartford (2-2) got on the board early and lefty starter Nicholas Dombkowski spun seven innings of one-run ball as UNF (2-6) dropped the series opener, 6-2, Friday, Feb. 28.

Behind the Line Score
- Hartford scored first, pushing one across in the first. John Thrasher and Zachary Ardito singled to start the frame. Brandon Reitz fanned Jackson Olson before Hartford pulled a double steal, scoring Thrasher while Ardito was thrown out at second. Reitz fanned the following batter.
- Tyler Coppo doubled to right center on a ball that Raff Libunao dove for but couldn't hang on to. Nik Pagan singled to left and Coppo scored on a double play off the bat of Devin Kellogg.
- Drew DeMartino drove a leadoff solo home run to right center atop the fourth frame.
- The Hawks plated two more on a series of singles, a double steal and an error on the double steal.
- Olson singled, stole second and was scored on a Tyler Coppo double in the seventh for a 6-0 Hartford lead.
- Trey Spratling-Williams hit a towering home run to the trees in right for a solo shot in the bottom of the seventh.
