JACKSONVILLE - With home basketball games approaching, the University of North Florida Athletics Department announces several new game day protocols for the 2020-21 season. Updates include a clear bag policy, required masks, new entrances and mobile ticketing.
For full information, please check our Game Day Protocol Page.
Clear Bag policy is now in effect for all North Florida athletic events. Approved bags include:
Fans are required to wear masks while on the UNF campus. Please see the Coronavirus website for more information. Fans are asked to mask up at all times with the exception of eating and drinking. They are required while in your seat and throughout campus.
With social distancing in place and new access to our arena bowl, we are asking that most fans enter at the top of our arena using the stairs closest to the Arena parking garage. Handicap accessible access is still available on the main floor of the arena and for men's games, Osprey Club members are asked to enter near the fieldhouse to pick up their individual boxed meals.
Student tickets are now mobile and must be requested up to 24 hours prior to the game. General tickets are also mobile. Tickets are available for sale at the ticket office, but will be sent to your mobile device prior to entering the arena. Student ticketing information is available on our updated page.
