JACKSONVILLE - North Florida returns home after nine straight games away from UNF Arena, North Florida women's basketball returns home for its next two contests.
1. HOME SWEET HOME
The Ospreys return to UNF Arena for the first time since November 9. North Florida is on a five-game win streak at home dating back to its 72-66 win against Lipscomb (Feb. 5, 2019). Under head coach
Darrick Gibbs, the Ospreys own 29-27 mark on their home floor.
2. FIRST TIME
This is the first meeting between the two teams. North Florida has only faced one other Patriot League team as it is 0-2 against Lehigh, last meeting in 2008.
3. RECORD SETTER
Senior
Adrienne Jackson became the eight player in the Ospreys' Division I history with 700 or more points after adding 11 at Florida State. She is also just the fourth player to have 700 points and 400 rebounds. If she grabs 40 more rebounds - she will be the first since 2015 to grab 500 boards.
4. BLOCKED OUT

Jazz Bond is 37th in blocked shots in the NCAA with her 23 and is behind Stetson's Megan Vincent to sit second in the ASUN. She continues to fight her way up the UNF record books as she owns 78 to sit in third in the Division I records. Shennette Sheffield is in second with 105.
SCOUTING THE OPPONENT
Holy Cross (6-3)
- The Crusaders are ranked No. 1 in three-point field goal percentage in the NCAA, hitting shots at a 45.9 percent clip from long range.
- Four players are averaging double figures with Lauren Manis chipping in a team-best 19.0 points per game. She also leads the team off the glass with 11.9 rebounds pre contest.
- Holy Cross is coming off an 82-61 win against New Hampshire on December 22 and is outscoring opponents by eight points. Its losses are to Illinois, Rhode Island and UMass.
- Megan Swords leads the team from the floor, shooting 57.5 percent to average 13.0 points per game. She also is second on the team in rebounding (8.4).
- The team is shooting 44 percent from the floor, while holding opponents to 37.
Edward Waters (12-1)
- The Tigers lost their first game in double overtime to Florida Memorial December 14 and have been on break since.
- Mia Leite leads the team with 20.6 points per game, while three others join her in double figures.
- La'Quanza Glover is pulling down a team-best 9.2 rebounds per game and is averaging 14.4 points.
- As a team, EWC is shoot 43 percent and outscoring opponents by 25 points.
- This is an exhibition game for the Tigers.
