TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - The North Florida women's tennis team wrapped up its fall tournament schedule at the Seminole All Conference Showdown. The Ospreys picked up two titles and four singles wins in extra matches in the final day of the tournament. 

Lucia Montano brought home the singles title in the Audra Brannon bracket. She upset nationally ranked Emmanuelle Salas of FSU in the semifinals on Day Two to advance to the finals. Montano fought hard over three sets to beat Yu Chen of Auburn (6-4, 4-6, 7-5) in the finals, earning her the title. 

Teammate Valentina Mariotto also earned a title on the day in the consolation finals of the Buffy Baker Singles bracket. Mariotto picked up her win against Georgie Walker of Furman over three sets, 3-6, 6-4, 10/7. 

With a full slate of fall matches under its belts, North Florida now looks ahead to the spring.
